Ongoing Construction of Ohordua Primary Health
Centre. When completed and put in use, it will save
the entire Ohordua community the stress and danger
of traveling a distance to get medical attention
The Executive Chairman has fully renovated the
Skill Acquisition centre which is ready to be taken
over by Edo Job.
The Executive Chairman took the responsibility to
repair the Faulty Transformer at GRA, Ubiaja. As well
as erected a wall fence to protect the Powers Gantry
from Vandals
It is on record that for over fifteen years, the people of
Okhuesan, Emu and Ohordua have been thrown into
total darkness due to the broken poles by rain storm
and vandalisation of the Electrical wires and
cables.Light has been restored back to these
Communities by the intervention of the Executive
Chairman who replaced the 45 broken pole and
vandalised wire lines covering about 25km.
GENERALADMINISTRATION
As the Chairman resumed office, he paid off the
Outstanding Light bill that had resulted in the
disconnection of the Council light for years. He also
undertook some repairs, reconstruction and
installation in the council secretariat such as: *The
reconstruction and furnishing of the Executive
Chairman’s Office Building *Reconstruction of the
Administrative Building, the Audit Building and the
NYSC Building. Ongoing reconstruction of the Legislative Building 15 units of Solar light.
*Reactivation and reticulation of the Council borehole
water and installation of 3000liters overhead water
storage tank
